Celebrating 1 Year

This has been an eventful year. I have faced some trials, but through it all God has shown me much grace and mercy. I am so pleased to have had such success with this weight loss surgery. I am grateful for my doctor, Dr. Clark and his supportive staff. I am so happy to have the support of my family and friends throughout the good and rough times.

I have had awesome support from my family and friends in guiding my diet and exercise habits. Everyone has been more than supportive.

My highest recorded weight was 248 pounds. Pre op I was about 230-235. I am now weighing in at 143 pounds. I am so proud of myself and I encourage all of you newcomers and onlookers to get in the groove of things and flourish as much as you may, because it is all possible.
