OMG! I could eat the house down...... No but I am hungerier than what I have been. I will pray for controll and hope for the best....
I know that I can make it till I get a fill. I will tell the doctor tomorrow since thats my first check-up since my surgery..... maybe they will have words of advice for me. Heck if anyone out their has words of advice please contact me.......

Well this Tuesday It will be two weeks WOW! that went quick. Hard to believe that this has happened. Being band has been the best thing that I have ever done. I am so gratefull to have this tool. I can say that I could eat more but, I choose not to. I want to be sucesfull with my band I am proud of it and will tell anyone about it if they ask. I dont know how much I have lost but, heck I know that it has to be less than what I was. my scale is crazy so I am scared to post.
Well I do belive that I am a stress eater my mom is in the hospital and the worry of that is wearing a hole in the floor here at home. I am doing my best by staying away from bad food. eating my s/f foods.
Well this week has also brought snow which, Iam tired of waiting for sunny days and warm days and of course vacaction which I still need to plan...
I dont know where to go at this point due to anything sounds good as long as it is warm and their is a beach!!!
Well I am going to go.

Well I have had my lapband for three days so far. I feel better than yestorday and that mean alot to me. It seems that I am always cold and cant warm up.
they found a hieana herina while doing surgery and the dr. fixed that for me and I am allergic to my pain meds. no big deal rather not take meds so.
I am gratefull for my surgery and those who have suported me.
My husband has been the best waiting on me hand and foot. but, he goes back to work tomorrow and I will miss talking to him. but I know that he has to work thats how the bills get paid... LOL... I must get stronger and healthier
so many goal i want to do. but, all in due time.
well I gotta go
its great to be on the loosers bench!

Ok, I have like 24 hours till surgery! OMG this day that I have been waiting for almost 7 months is here. I am so excited but yet fear this the most. I worry about so much loike do my loved ones know how much I love them, how about if I die, will I fail??? all these questions are running in my head....
I guess the only good thing about to day is I will be busy.. so I hope that destracts the thoughts that I have.......
I know evryone has these thoughts but, still i wish I could just put them in a envelope and mail them away. Good Luck Everyone on their surgery. God be with us all in a safe and quick recovery.

I am becoming a little nervous today. I think it is since everyone keeps asking me. I have been just tring to get better from being sick and my dog.
I think that it has kept my mind busy!!!
Which is a good thing, I just will keep busy so, I dont think about it right now...
I hope that this makes since because at times I feel crazy.. LOL..
Well I spoke to the nurse at the office and I had to let the nut that I have been eating jello and broth pop sicles etc...
so, I emailed her she is sic too! this is a nasty bug that is going around!
Well I am going to go I hope that everyone is well and take care of yourselves,

Hi everyone! just checking in I feel a little better today gee, this has kicked my butt.... well I have tried to follow my diet I have been sick so food and sic dont make a good combo... I have stuck to jello and sf popsicles and cystal light. and chicken broth. i still dont feel like eating. I am worried since i have not eaten the medifast will it effect me no my liver not shrinking??? but i have lost weight mt pants are loose on me and people have noticed but, will this be good enough. I have tried but it comes back up.
I am also proud to say that my youngest son turned 14 today Yea!!!!
so many thing to be happy about I know that it is corny but, we have had four more yrs then we thought. we almost lost him to a T.B.I or a head injury.
so each yr is specical to me and makes me realize how special life is.
well I need to go to bed....

Happy Valentines Day!Well today has been ok. My dog is starting to eat..... YEA!!
Now for the bummer I am starting to feel bad. which worries me I am going to call the doctor tomorrow and kick it in the but.
Today I have ate
Coffee (one pot)
chicken noodle
one peanut bar
32oz of chicken broth
4 popsicles and prob eat more before I go to bed!
1 cystal light
so that where it is..... tonight.
The high light of today I could not go to far from the house having to use the bath room all the time I know
not what you wanted to know!

Ok I am dumping today stress leave is so high that I wish I could just lay in bed. The kids are home from school again (snow day)! This is to much! Maybe I am not cut out for this! I dont know....
I just wish that everything didnt hit all at once my dog, kids, diet. The word diet oh my gosh this is it. I have seen some other person have this DIE with a T yes this is true. I sit hear and have read other say oh how bad it is and of course not have done yet, Think how weak or oh, come on it cant be that bad.
Well now that I have started this, NOW I KNOW the TRUTH!.!.! It sux and word cant describe how hunger I am. I think if I could sleep all day then it would not be that bad but, who can do that. not me!
I am looking for support to get me though this I need some one who as been their done that, someone that will set me strait.
