"Dr. Rumbaut was the most down to earth physician I have ever met. He gives out his cell phone # and actually answers his calls. His office staff is orgainzed and efficient. They are always there pre & post op to answer questions. If you are considering having surgery in Mexico you would be hard pressed to find a more experienced surgeon. Aftercare is emphasized and referrals for Dr's in my area were given. I would rate Dr. Rumbaut a 10 out of a score of 10 in competency, bedside manner, and kindness."
