"I started on the Medifast diet 2 weeks prior to my surgery. I was surprised to find that it wasnt as awful as I was expecting. The chocolate shakes and pudding was good, the banana pudding wasnt half bad. I didnt care for some of the other flavors, but I am still testing some out. "
