"I have been buying product at the Bariatric Advantage.com website. The customer service is beyond bad. If you want this product buy it somewhere else. They sent me product that was soon to expire and not only would they not replace it but the person I spoke to was condescending. Another time there was a problem with their website and my order went through without applying my $28 worth of points earned. I emailed immediately but they did not contact me until- strangely enough, a couple of hours after my order shipped and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they were willing to do. The manager told me I could return at my expense after I already paid shipping. Then he also told me that my points would expire in 3 days. I will never buy from them again. Anyway, their prices are too high. You can get the same or better elsewhere for less."
