I need some help or something!!!

Feeling a little down!!!! I know why! I need to have some sort of surgery but I am just too scared of the dangerous things that could go wrong!! What is wrong with me? I must be really crazy!! That I am.  I just started working out and I suppose to be cutting back but I cant even do that right!!! I need some encoragement really bad. Friends of mine on here please sent me some inspirational messages!! I need them badly.
