Losing weight without surgery!!!

I have to admit it is hard losing weight without surgery!!!  I have started working out and man I am sore from not doing this in so long. I have reconsidered about the surgery and I am learning more about it. If any of my friends have had RNY please let me know and leave me some messages. Thanks.
