"I had my initial consultation with Dr. Gluck on this Thursday, 8/10/07, and was impressed with not only the doctor himself but with the entire staff, who were helpful and friendly. Since I was the last appointment of the day, I would have liked to have more time to ask questions, but since the monthly seminar was scheduled to begin about 1/2 hour after my appointment ended, I knew that the doctor was pressed for time. Dr. Gluck is very adamant about the importance of aftercare, and this is reiterated throughout the appointments and the seminar. Because of this structured aftercare program, Dr. Gluck's complications rate is well below the national average. Since I am self pay, the office and Dr. Gluck have been working with me to facilitate testing in my area to lessen my out of pocket costs. Because of the distance I am traveling, they have also been very helpful in scheduling appointments on same dates and are working to try to minimize my winter travel."
