No one prepared me for all the emotions I would have. 

I mean they are good in many ways, but I feel like I am being ripped apart by myself. Let me explain. I feel good and I look good; and men also see me. Now, here comes all the hollers and cat calls. I like it but I know it is not good. 

Warning: Get mentally prepared. Becuase now I WANT to RUN WILD. But I won't! 

I have lost just about 130 pounds.

Well, days have been somewhat blah to me.I thank God that I am not as big as I was, but I have SO much farther to go. I am not in a good 18. I can wait to get to a 14. I want to feel what 10 feels like, if just for a month. i think the next time I go to the doctor I am going to have him give me a fill. If I can only drink liquids that will be fine with me.

We come together this day to ask for God’s help to give strength and energy to us as individuals and as a community and to regularly refurbish our intentions of Healthy Living. So right now in the name of the  JESUS we bind every spirit of gluttony, sugar addiction, salt addiction, over-indulgence, compulsion, craving, lack of self-control, anxiety, depression, anger, unworthiness, deformity, unbelief, lying, oppression, self-hatred, pride, hatred of my body, ugliness, rejection, rebellion, inconsistency, deception, failure, fear, intimidation, and all other connected and related spirits not of our God. You are not allowed to dwell in, around or attach to us in any way. It is finished. Be gone, now. In the Mighty name of JESUS. 

 

We all walk in the wholeness of our Lord. We have outward and inward beauty. The beauty of Christ radiates from our very presence. 

In the name of Jesus- AMEN!!!

I love putting my clothes on now. I may only be a couple of sizes smaller, but I feel SO GOOD!!!
