3/29/07 - I am so nervous and anxious and happy and scared because I am 5 days away from surgery and a NEW BEGINNING to a NEW LIFE!!

Today my Doctors office called me that "I HAVE BEEN APPROVED" !!!!!!

I finally signed my consent form today and now I am waiting for Approval from my Insurance it should take 2 to 4 weeks they said.

Today I went with my sister to Dr. George Ferzli office in Staten Island, N.Y. getting information on Bariatric Surgery . I am 1-step towards my new life.....

Today I went to the doctors and he advised me that I have High Bood Pressure and that I have to lose weight. This was when I realized I haveto do something for myself. I am 38yrs old and I have 2 daughters. High Blodd Pressure and Diabetes and Cancer run in both sides of my family. I also have arthritis in my right knee and have back pain from my weight. I want to be able to see my daughters get married and enjoy life with them.
