Did you lose in your feet?

So im having to learn everything yall already know about having RNY done & what it is I need to know & do to lose atleast 100 lbs but I honestly need to lose 187 lbs to weigh what id like to weigh or somewhere around 168 idk why im stuck on that weight

When you left the hospital when did you start exersizing? Before or after surgery. If your doing really good with it did you join a gym? What do you do? Esp what can I do sitting down esp in a gym im debating on joining one or trying to do it at home.<
