well i hit another one and it cause my eating to go astray, but I went to the store today and bought mostly veggies hopefully this will give my weight lost a jump start.

Well I had a down fall last month. I forgot to tell yall about this. Last month I saw my primary physician who place me back on my cholesterol medicines (it was 209) so I was disappointed about that. I hardly eat fast foods anymore and I take my lunch everyday so its not like I eat fast food. Anyway I have an appointment tomorrow to check up on my high blood pressure, and my cholesterol. So pray for me yall to get off this meds I'm to young to be on these meds.


Oh and an update on my personal life. I finally got the nerve to go out on the dating scene. Been talking with this great guy for a few weeks, and I hope things go well.

Okay, I had my second fill today under floral fill, and I must say I'm feeling pretty tight.. Hopefully this will jump start the wight loss again since its been dragging its feet. Until next time OH. Love yall

So last month I told yall I was getting a fill. Well that didn't happen. So today I went to the Dr. and I'M at 200lbs. Yall that's 43 Lbs since the start of my journey. The Dr. is very please with my progress.

Anyway, so I went in for a fill an again he couldn't reach my port. He advised I have the smallest port available. Which is great when i lose this weight but bad with me still being heavy. So overall he couldn't reach my port so for here on out I have to have floral fills.

12/18/08 is my next appointment for my floral fills so wish me luck yall. Hopefully this will spark some higher lb count versus this 3-6 thing I'm working with now.

Now regarding the clothing dept. Right now I'm wearing size 12 pants large shirt ( already starting to bag). SO today I passed by Old Navy which his having a huge sale. Yall I picked up a few dresses that was marked down so low I couldn't pass it up. So I got a few dress in Large, and Med. For the price I don't care I cant fit it now, bur baby I am determined to get in those by July 2009.

So just like I thought he felt a fill was not needed at this time. So I will try to focus on what I'm eating to try to optimize on the weight loss.

Hey OH its been over a month since my last fill, and I'm in desperate need. I set an appointment for 11/14/08. Hopefully the Dr. will give me a fill. I doubt it though since according to his charts I've lost 10lbs. I will update letter.


I know I could have lost more if I can just leave the sweets alone during the time of the month, but I cant. Until next time OH.

Well, I finally got to my first goal 40 LBS gone forever. So I get to treat myself to a Facial this weekend very exciting. The bad news is I still got 73 lbs more to go, but at least its no longer a 100 lbs.

40 lbs lost YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.

Well I had my first fill yesterday. At first he couldn't find my port to much abdominal fat over the port. SO I had to get a floral fill so I know has 4cc in my band. So far everything is going well I'm on liquids for the next few days. That alone is very trying, but overall things are good. My exercise routine is great.

August was a slow month for the weight loss, but since I started lifting weights I gain 2lbs of muscle and lost 1lb of fat. Dr. Barnes is pleased and so am I. The number on the scale doesn't show vast improvement but the way I feel is amazing.

So I had another DR.'s appointment today, and I’m down to 211. My last visit I was at 219. Now remember the last time I went to the DR. I had only lost 2lbs and he would give me a fill then. So now with 8lbs lost we know he wasn’t given me a fill today. We talked about the fill for a good period of time and he has explained his reasons for not giving me a fill. I trust my DR. and I know he knows best so we'll just see what my body has to say when it hits that lovely plateau

So I wasn't able to get a fill. I lost 2lbs since the last time I saw my DR., and he didn't want to give me a fill since I still have some restriction. Although I dont feel that way but he's the DR. went to school for this so I'll have to agree and take heed to what he tells me.


We'll see how the weight lost come alongs in the next two weeks beofre I catch an attitude.
