Full Recovery from relapse in June.
Aug 05, 2010
Perseverance - Never giving up on our health and self.Patience - unhealthy habits will take time to overcome, so do not beat yourself if it takes time and many relapses to overcome them.
Positive - thinking and attitudes.
After my relapse in June, I have now recovered. I re-lost the 12 pounds I gained in June. I keep in mind perfection is not the key, consistency is the key. I am so happy to have recovered. I did so with your help and my determination to get back on track. I kept repeating my new motto - The 3 P's. I am now officially losing again. I am at my lowest weight this year. It is only a little but I will take it because I am not gaining.
Now that I have learned my lesson from the last six weeks, I am ready to keep going and be consistent until I reach the dreaded plateau or reach my goals and milestones.
This month my goal is to lose 10 pounds. I with do this by being consistent with food most days and exercising most days also--no less than 5 days of exercise per week.
Thanks again for your continued support.
