Stupid, stupid band... grr

I'm pretty much on liquids right now as I'm having a hard time tolerating any food. My band should be completely unfilled, but I can barely make it through a can of soup without feeling like I ate 10lbs of food. If I eat "real" food, anything more than 1/4 cup has me feeling so bloated and uncomfortable. Which with having no fluid in my band, I shouldn't have any restriction at all... but I do. So they are thinking I have a slip/erosing/intolerance for the band.
I'm just seeing so many people banded around the same time I was getting their bands out for slip/acid reflux/intolerance.. etc.
I'm hoping to get my band out soon as I'm miserable. Up until I started having problems this year, I was rocking my band. Lost 70lbs.. but luckily I've only regained about 10 since april when it all started.

2) I DON'T feel like I'm on a diet
3) I'm following the protein first, then vegg, then carbs rule - Listening to my body to say I'm full
4) i'm exercising 2-3 times a week.. plus chasing an active 17 month old
5) I'm taking the best multi-vit/ multi-mineral liquid. (nut approved)... can we so no more IBS, no more constipation...
6) Eating slowly and actually enjoying what I eat
7) Drinking LOTS of water with crystal lite in it.. my faves are the lemon hydration or the cherry pom immunity.
Best of all... my figure is come back, I have SOOOO much energy.. and just feel great!!!
