This is day 12 of the liquid diet for me... and they said that the 1st day is the worst. Well.. THEY LIED! It is miserable!! I just wanna chew something... anything!! And yeah I get to have sugar free Popsicles and chew them... but I am here to tell you that is not the same as everyday food... and it is just not cutting it. I am half debating rolling up the curtains into a burrito and eating them!!I really would like to know if a 'thinner' person would do anything this torturous to themselves!? But then I think... there is probably nothing that could be enough of an incentive for going through this except.... losing a lot of weight!
So much for everyone who calls this... 'THE EASY WAY OUT"!!
