What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)

Happy Saturday everyone.  Got a nice little surprise this morning. Stepped on the scale for the first time in a month this morning and I am down 2 more pounds!  I was positive I had gained but was pleasantly surprised :0)  Just 3 more pounds until I am "normal" bmi!  Yay!

Today I am going to the spa for a theraputic massage and pedicure with some friends, should be fun.  There may be a cookie in my menu today if I cant resist as they have amaing ones for free at the spa, but I will keep on track the rest of the day. 

19 months post-op

b - banana gnc protein shake

s - decaf coffee with unsweetened coconut almond milk

l - high fibre zero net carb hot cereal - sensato with sf flavour added so it tastes good.  I have found texture-wise if I leave it for an hour or longer once I add the boiling water it hydrates and softens a lot more.  It also takes on the taste of the sf stuff I add to it, which makes it easier to eat.  I add plain whey protein to boost the protein to 30g

s - decaf latte at the spa, possibly a cookie should

d - protein and veg of some kind, going out for dinner

s - protein powder made into "cake" with 2 tbsp pb and oat fibre, sf coconut almond milk, cinnamon

all water and vitamins.  Have a nice day everyone!
