I can't believe its been a year!!!
I was reading back on how things have really changed for me.
I haven't lost a lot of weight, just 81 lbs....but I'm walking better then ever, and I have started a gym in hopes of getting the weight lost to start agian.
I'm not good at writing and trying to keep up here.
