 I feel good, exercise everyday.  The only thing is that I like to chew on belts and straps and stuff.  My iron is low and CBC are a little off.  I look and feel good, but still struggling with the mental health peice.  Folks remember to keep people in your circle.

Long time no talk.  Had my tummy tuck by Dr. Gary Burton, MD  out of Bowie, MD.  Still very swollen.  By the time the swelling subsides, I should be in a size 4-6.  It is going to be a hard Thanksgiving and possibly Christmas. But guess what, it is well worth it.  I am considering going back to therapy.  The weight loss change has been a trip for me.  The sugar cravings, eating six times a day, trying to stay under 1500 calories, and incorporate exercize in to my routine has been difficult.

It has been a long time since I have written on this blog.  On Monday, February 22, 2010, I had breast reduction surgery in Bowie, Maryland performed by Dr. Gary Burton.  I was a 40 DD but by the time the swelling subsides, I will be a 36 C or D.  Or as Dr. Burton says, C- or D+. Right now I am sore and tired, but they look great. 

People ask why I had this surgery and it is because I have reached over 80% of my WLG and looking at the plastic surgery peice of the process.  I have one more surgery that I am looking to have done later 2010.  I will write on that procedure later. 

Sorry it took me so long to write. 

I am back in the DC Area and loving it!  I am in the 150's now and in a size 9.  Ok.  I am too happy.  Thanks for your prayers while I travelled across the country.  DC...Im back.  Hello!

I am about five months out and I feel and look great.  I am in the middle of relocating and I have so much energy.  Everyday getting closer and closer to my goal makes me happy.  Most of my ailments are gone and I am pressing toward the mark of the high calling everyday. 

Today is 6/22/2009 and I feel fine.  I am having some head issues with the whole losing weight so quick thing, but I am a winner and like Gloria Gaynor, i will survive.  I am sitting at my desk and there is always a pot luck going on, but I can not eat a thing.  See the mental thing for me is to want to eat everything in a smaller portion.  This is a no no.  One has to change their mind set on what they eat as well.  I am still having a really hard time with eating ruffage (lettuce, carrots, greens, etc).  Hit me back and give me more advice.

Without him nothing is possible. With him and through him, I can achieve all things.  He is still good.  God that is. 

Its May 24, 2009 and I am surviving.  I have lost so much weight and loving it.  I have experienced dumping and that is not nice. I do not have much of a support system and am looking for some connections with others that have had WLS.  Depression has set in already.
