There were somethings they told me were "uncommon" and "rare" before the surgery that came around to "oh we hear that all the time" after the surgery. But other than that this office and doctor have been nothing but supportive. They call back quickly when I have questions and make extra appointments if they are needed.

Dr. Northup and his team are kind an supportive through the entire process. And they continue to support you as much or as little as you need long after the surgery. I Sleeve surgery in Dec of 2016 and continue to be supported by Dr. Northup, Anne Kroger and the dietitians. This support is essential as you get further away from your surgery. I lost over 100 lbs but over time bad habits can creep back in and the team continues to support me and my new challenges.

Dr. Northup went to do my Sleeve surgery in August of 2017 he was unable to due to a very large hernia. He however, repaired that and in October of 2017 I was able to successfully have the sleeve completed. He as well as his staff have been very supportive and provided any help or direction I needed especially since mine was a little bit more complicated. They have worked with me and continue to do so almost three years later, I am more than blessed and thankful to him and his staff. I was 45 yrs old and not able to do much at all, I am now almost 48 and am extremely active!! Thank you Dr. Northup, Diane, Anne and the entire staff you truly are caring and dedicated to your patients and their wellbeing!!

There are not as many providers as you would think that offer the entire package of nutrition, activity, health (not just the surgery). Dr. Northup has created something special. He and the team work together like a well oiled machine. They leave no details to chance. The entire OR Staff is dedicated to Dr. Northup, the recovery floor Nursing Staff is specifically trained and follows his protocols diligently, and the Office Staff are all dedicated to excellent care, outcomes, and making you feel informed and empowered. I've spent a fair amount of time in hospitals due to family medical issues and this is the best example of Quality, Consistent Care that I've seen.
