I couldn't be happier and I would recommend Dr Woodman to anyone interested in losing weight with bariatric surgery. He and his staff were the most knowledgable of any group I went to - I also went to St Francis but they were not organized at all. Dr Woodman is very straightforward and that really helps. His instructions are clear and he obviously really cares. Thank you!

I choose Dr Woodman because of his experience and reputation. Many of my friends and coworkers have also had surgery with him and have had great success. He takes great care of me and I appreciate it. Also I have lost almost half of my excess weight already with the Lap Band and hopefully will keep losing. Very happy with Dr Woodman and his office. I was initially in an FDA trial with their office and was in a control group. They were amazing during the study and really helped me to change my lifestyle. After that I had a Lap Band and am now 6 months out and doing great. I have lost half of my excess weight and feel really good. Dr Woodman always encourages me and I know that I will be successful if I do what he tells me. He and his office have been great. had sleeve surgery last year and i am now a different person. sooooo happy that i had the sleeve gastrectomy and had Dr. George Woodman as my surgeon. he and his office staff were experts in helping me to get approved and were always available and helpful. as far as surgery and the sleeve it went without any problems and i felt great immediately. was off my diabetes medications literally the day after surgery! today i have lost more than 90 pounds and feel amazing. i can't thank Dr. Woodman enough. he was just as great as everyone told me and was really great in the hospital. surgery went really well and he just took my 'after' picture and i couldn't believe the difference. i definitely recommend that you do this for yourself and get to be healthy and choose Dr. George Woodman and his staff.

Worst bedside manner of any MD I have ever met!! I am a nurse and have dealt with a lot of doctors. He looks down on obese people. He has lost a lot of his patients due to his attitude.

I would like to thank Dr. George Woodman and his staff. I am almost a year out from surgery and couldn't be happier. My first impression was that he was VERY EXPERIENCED and obviously knew a lot and I knew that he had operated on many of my friends. He absolutely wants the patients to know as much as they can before making a decision for surgery and he met with me several times and let me make my own decision.
