Every person I had contact with was amazing. I always felt as though I was their only patient. Everyone had a positive attitude and was very encouraging every step of the way.

Other than the cardiology section, the hospital is gorgeous! Staff where fantastic, everything went perfect and I loved being there!

The staff of 2B was amazing! There wasn't a single "cranky" nurse. Whenever you needed anything they were there. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I felt safe and well carred for. I was placed on a floor that is dedicated to abdominal surgery and where all of their WLS patients recuperate. The nursing and support staff are attentive and compassionate. They were well equipped to handle obese patients and at no time did I feel that I was being put at additional risk because they could not handle a patient of my size (358 on check in). My nurse and one of the support staff on the floor when I was there had had this surgery in the past 2 years and were willing to discuss their personal experiences.

The only problem was my husband was not told what waiting room to go to. He was in the wrong area and missed speaking to the surgeon personally. The surgeon did have his cell number and called him but it would have been nice to speak to him face to face.

Hospital is clean, accomodating, and staffed with plenty of nurses, doctors, and even great volunteers.

Adequate equipment. Older facility, extremely clean! SUPER staff!! They made you feel like you were the only patient, when indeed they had a packed house!

I would say they are way to overloaded with patients. The floor they put us on also had other patients on the floor who had different things done and I feel this should have been a floor devoted to WLP. I had 2 great nurses and 1 patient helper that really showed they cared. I wish they had more.
