Barbara is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and understand my needs, she understands that everyone is different and we need an individual approach when it comes to weight loss. She broke nutrition down in a simple way that was easy to understand, giving me basic rules to follow that aren't confusing and convoluted.
I've only spent 45 minutes with her but I look forward to talking to her again and throughout my journey!

Ms. Barbara was super knowledgeable and informative. She gave me a plethora of useful information( with pictures) that I never would have found on my own. Very warm and friendly. I definitely plan on using her services after my surgery. I just can’t say enough good things about her!!

Kyle Rose is amazing. Being a woman in my upper 50,s and horribly over weight, I have been shamed by alot of doctors who more less said it was my fault. From my first meeting Kyle told me it was not my fault and put me totally at ease. I was able to open up to him and not be embarrassed. He wants to help people be healthy and confident. He encourages and cheers you on to success. 5 stars is not enough for this man. Kyle Rose is a beautiful soul who really cares for you.

Kyle Rose is literally the best dietician ever. With his help, I lost 20 lbs in three months! Not only is he literally the best dietician ever, he treats me like I am human.
As a plus size black woman, I’ve unfortunately experienced horrible bedside treatment from health providers that I don’t believe felt I deserved the right to be healthy… Not Mr. Kyle Rose!! He not only cares about my physical health, he cares about my mental health as well.
I expressed to Mr. Rose one day that I was experiencing a lot of depression and anxiety which was causing me not to eat. Not only did he care enough to waive my cancellation fee, he asked what was causing these emotions; I was having trouble finding a job.. With my permission, he communicated to his lovely wife my dilemma, and she offered to give me resume help!
This is a family that truly cares about their patients. I’m happy to know him. He treats me like I’m family. God bless you, Mr. Rose!!

I am a nurse considering bariatric surgery….Lauren is an excellent educator on bariatric surgery….she was thorough in her explanation….took her time to answer any questions…made sure that I understood the importance of following dietary guidelines post op….I will definitely be using her again in my journey
