RUN, don't walk, to Dr. Batra to have the excess skin removed from your weight loss! As an RN in the operating room, I knew immediately that Dr. Batra had the scientific knowledge and aesthetic sense of beauty needed to "fix" my body. I lost 120 lbs. with gastric bypass surgery and was quite happy with the results but disgusted at how much loose skin was hanging on my outer thighs, inner thighs, tummy, butt and breasts. I looked great in clothes but when I sat down I had to re-adjust my loose skin as it hung over my jeans. When I walked down stairs, my flat panckae breasts flopped against my ribcage. I was embarrased to be naked. Thank God I found Dr. Batra. He is a master at creating the right surgery for each individual body. It is not a "one-size fits all" approach. He specializes in making the body look good after massive weight loss. There are so few experts in this specialty so the fact that he performs over 300 surgeries a year of this sort makes him one-of-a-kind. Don't believe any MD who tells you they can do a body lift and only does 1 or 2 per year. Dr. Batra does them over & over again, every week, the entire year, year after year after year. He knows how to drape the skin back to "normal" and is very honest about expectations. He is an artist in surgeon's gloves. Now I look great naked and you could never tell that I was ever obese!

I had a RNY Gastric Bypass surgery in 2001. I waited 8 years to have plastic surgery and let me tell you it was well worth the wait. Dr. Batra was very straight forward and knew what he was talking about. I went in wanting a breast lift with augmentation and tummy tuck. He made additional suggestions for a pelvic lift, liposuction in the thighs and he saw that I had a hernia that needed to be repaired. I felt very comfortable and trusted him completely. So I went with his additional recommendations. I couldn't be happier with my results. Everything he did turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Batra is wonderful and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has had gastric bypass surgery or is considering plastic surgery.

It is hard to put into words how thankful I am that I had Dr Batra as my plastic surgeon. I have seen some of the other results in our support group and am so fortunate that Dr Wittgrove recommended someone who has the experience that Dr Batra has in doing these types of procedures. He is leagues ahead of other plastic surgeons in doing these types of procedures and his staff is amazing. He is the only Doctor I know who gives his cell phone number to his patients if there are any issues. I think that speaks volumes about him and his practice.

I was referred to Dr Batra by my bariatric surgeon and after meeting 3 other surgeons I realized he had much more experience and better results than any of the other surgeons I saw.
