Jaime S. Schwartz MD FACS is an internationally recognized board-certified Plastic Surgeon in Beverly Hills, specializing in advanced Plastic and Reconstructive surgery techniques. He is the founder of the Dr. Jaime S. Schwartz MD FACS Plastic Surgery Center that specializes in all of the major post-bariatric plastic surgery procedures. He is also the founder and director of Total Lipedema Care (TLC), where he is dedicated to Lipedema research, raising awareness, and treatments for Lipedema. 

He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). He devotes his time to national policies and procedures aimed at enhancing safety and awareness for both patients and physicians. To promote advances in plastic surgery, he serves on many National Committees for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, including Health Policy, Patient Safety, Emerging Trends, Quality and Performance Measurement, and the Clinical Trials Network.

Having come from a long line of family providers, physicians, and researchers, Dr. Schwartz knew from an early age that he was going to pursue a profession in healthcare. He took the first steps by earning a bachelor of science in cellular and molecular biology at Tulane University with dedicated research time at the Ochsner Medical Institute. He earned his medical degree at the prestigious Georgetown University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency and internship. While there, Dr. Schwartz was awarded the Georgetown University Hospital’s Caring Star Award every year. He also served as an educator to medical students and residents, where he was granted the highest honor of Outstanding Resident Teacher Award for the Department of Plastic Surgery. He also served as a Clinical Instructor in Advanced Face and Body Aesthetics for the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Fellowship training program.

Dr. Jaime Schwartz has earned national recognition with numerous awards, including Top-Doctor, Physician’s Choice, and Compassionate Doctor. As an authority on Plastic Surgery, he has been featured on news networks and the hit tv shows, Botched and The Doctors.
