I AM NOT A JERKY EXPERT EITHER, BUT I FOUND THIS STUFF TO BE EXCELLENT IN FLAVOR AND IN NUTRITIONAL VALUE. 14g/1oz OF PROTIEN...LOW CALORIES. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT ONES. THE CRAN-APPLE TURKEY IS VERY GOOD, SO IS THE GARLIC & HERB...I CAN'T REALLY COMPLAIN ABOUT ANY OF THEM THAT I HAVE TRIED. THEY ARE ALL GOOD. I HAVE FRIENDS HERE IN ALABAMA WHO JUST LOVE IT TOO. WE ARE NOW "REGULARS" THERE (BY PHONE, THE WEBSITE WAS DOWN WHEN I TRIED TO ORDER ONLINE LAST TIME...(616)878-5375 TELL THEM KATE KERSHAW RECOMMENDED YOU TO TRY THEM OUT! =D

EXCELLENT source of PROTEIN!!!! Flavors like Cherry Chicken, Cran-Apple Turkey, BBQ Beef, Beer Barrel Beef, and more! They also have Elk and Buffalo. YUM! A great way to eat your meat, and get your protein. Try them, you'll love it! Best jerky I have EVER had!
