I tried muscle milk and it tasted like chocolate water and was way too sweet. I like the consistency of Atkins shakes and the taste better.

This has been the best tasting protein drink for me! Absolutely love it!

I buy the premixed in a carton that has 32 grams of protein. This product has a small amount of caffeine so keep that in mind. I love it ..always drink slow at first my stomach was a little sensitive to it but, overall thankful to find it.
