I'm using this pre-op. Trying to stay healthy before surgery. I picked this liquid over Centrum because it doesn't contain IRON. I don't think the product is suitable post-op because it has 10 grams of sugar in it. Which is alot, it is fructose not sucrose. You wouldn't think it had that much sweetener because the taste of it isn't that good. You can purchase at http://vitacost.com or drugstore.com.. probably at GNC.
Vegetarian.
