    Kasey Goodpaster, Ph.D. is a clinical health psychologist with the Legacy Weight and Diabetes Institute. She received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Purdue University, and completed her clinical internship with a focus on health psychology at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital. Dr. Goodpaster also completed a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic with a specialization in bariatrics and weight management. Dr. Goodpaster helps patients to cope with medical conditions and manage psychological, social, and environmental barriers to better health. Her approach involves supporting patients in making small, manageable changes in their patterns of thinking, stress management, social interactions, and home environment to feel more in control of eating, lose weight, and improve overall health.
