Started my slimfast prep!!!!

I don't know if everyone is required to do this prep, but I know my particular surgeon requires all of his patients to do a 2 week slimfast prep prior to surgery. My prep will only be for 9 days because my surgery is scheduled for less than two weeks from now. This website is such a blessing because it makes the journey so much easier. Who better to help us through the anxiety of the waiting process and testing than someone who is either going through it as well, or someone who is also embarking on the same journey. I encourage everyone to try to commit to posting atleast once a week, because the OH blogs are so inspirational and encouraging and has helped pull me through at times when I found this process to be overwhelming. My motto is a little different today than other days because my spirit is leading me to end this blog differently. " I am only as strong as the OH support I reap, and the encouraging words I preach" To my entire OH family stay strong and always look forward because your blessings are coming in the future and any struggles you've had are in your past. Live each day like its your last and celebrate each day like its your first.
