Colleen was sleeping when I called but her mother, Martha, said that she has been awake off and on. Her surgery took almost five hours (she had a D/S), but it went well. She has been walking, and is wearing a binder. She's been coughing, and her catheter is out, so she's been peeing by herself. Her morphine drip wasn't doing it's job, so Colleen is now on Diladium (sp?). Her mom says she is in great spirits and may go home on Friday, but probably Saturday.

Surgery Update! Colleen is doing just fine. Her mother is staying in the room with her. The surgery went well and Colleen is sleeping comfortably; and has a morphine pump for pain.
