Hi Maryalice. I was reading a bit of your profile and I could relate to most every word. I found a, "peers" place on the website and decided to pick someone who had the surgery on the same day I did. I wanted to drop you a line and tell you that you are a very strong person, we both are, and deserve the good things in life. I had my surgery on 4-27-04 with all kinds of fear, apprehension, fear and more fear. (I am ready to live a life not ruled by that emotion). I spent 4 days in the hospital and I am now home recuperating...slowly, but surely. I am 32 and both of my parents are retired teachers, another similarity. Anyway, I am rambling. I would love to hear how you are doing and feel free to e-mail me at [email protected]. You are in my prayers and we can do this!!
