Three Months Post Op

I am down 70 lbs and it feels wonderful. I am getting in most of my water. I try to make the best food choices. I am so proud of myself..because I have had surgery there are several people in my family that is gonna have it. I am so proud of them for making the change..It is a wonderful feeling. I have a long way to go, but I feel good..
