To have a competent surgeon with a personality would be great, but competency is an absolute must.
I have to say the Dr. Luttrell's nurse Mei, and Sandra who does the insurance and billing, are the absolute best. None of my calls have gone unreturned, none of my questions are too silly. They undoubtedly have patience for days, and are always very kind."
