been a long time coming

hey my obesity help friends it;s been a hell of a journey I'm trying to get back to the new me but something keeps getting me or o mean bringing me back to the old me i haven't been  on here in about 6 months not to say i have forgot anyone but I've been trying to find myself every since the last time i post  hopefully i can put up a before and after pic of my journey because it's really been a hard one .i believe if you think your able to just eat what you want and get away with it your wrong proof is in the pudding well i promise to at least post each month to let you know how I'm doing i hope everyone on here is doing great ....................................
