Hi Mike, Great job! I read your profile, and I can relate to how you feel. It is hard to feel normal after being heavy for so long. Just the other day, I realized that I had been fat to mega obese for 35 out of 41 years. I too have lost a lot of weight (157 pounds) through diet and exercise.
