One Week after Surgury

 I Can't sleep in, The gas pain is gone, but kinda comes back after drinking something.  Had a little experiment with a McDonald's Milkshake (strawberry).......STUPID IDEA  only had a few sips and made me hot, and just all around sick.  That's what  I get.  No cramps though.  I was very irritable for most of the week with family........always knew I had anger issues just had a realization of how bad they really are.  I think for the most part when we eat over our feelings we stop dealing with life on life's terms, and it  drowns  feelings and stunts our emotional growth in a way.  I think I'm going to start seeing a therapist.  Over all I'm doing better, and after checking my attitude I'm not as pissed off.
