medial thigh lift incorporation with belt lipectomy

When performing a circumferential belt lipectomy  would it be "too stupid  or reckless" to tightly pull the skin of the medial thigh and the skin under the lower buttock really tight and weave it   through, between  and upwards into the pelvic slope then over the groin crease and then over the front of the legs and  into general closing of the abdominal incision at the femur or hip and then cut off the excess as  extra dog ear skin?
