High Protein Custard to drink (yummyyyy i've heard!)

*******Ingredients********* 1 qt. skim milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon lemon (optional) 3 eggs 1/2 cup Splenda *******Procedure********* Beat eggs well ( I recommend using a mixer). Put eggs in cold milk and coo****il steamy. Add Splenda, lemon and vanilla. Stir constantly until custard coats spoon (don't rush this, the longer it cooks the thicker and yummier it will be). When the custard coats spoon, remove from heat and cool fast by placing pot in another larger pot filled with ice water. Stir until cool. Sorry I have no fat grams and stuff for you but I've heard that this drink has been a saviour to some when they could not eat. Its packed full of protein and very yummy.
