insurance question

i had the realizeband in 2009 i have been having alot of constipation,hard to diguest food and must drink water to get my food down bc it sits in my throat, went to see another surgeon bc my orginal dr doesn't do revisions and we did test and so far wefound out my port is bent so its hard to get fluid in the band my question is i had khpe with my last job now i have a new job but we have khpe so i was wondering would they consider this  another surgery(vsg) or will they look at the job is different and this is new insurance..confused
