Ursodiol used for gall stones

My Dr. put me on this but I am allergic to it. Red welt rash all over. It comes and goes daily. I talked to the Dr. and am no longer taking it, but the rash still comes and goes. Has anyone had this before??? I haven't taken it for 5 days now.

I'm on it too and for some reason I did break out in a small little rash today. I hope it's not it.

One thing I did do differently today was I chewed some gum and I'm just wondering if it was the sorbitol in the gum. Crazy!!

I am on it too - just started it this week- so far no reactions. Hope it clears up soon and they give you an alternative!

It says you had surgery in April?? Did your doctor just put you on it recently?
