OK --- that Eggface is so dern creative.. if you have not been to her site lately worldaccordingtoeggface.com do go there and check out her "egg face candies". Too funny and will make you smile!

I ordered the Calcet calcium chews in lemon and chocolate (from Celebrate Vitamins) today. I am hating Citracal Petites and need something different. I keep forgetting them in the afternoon on weekends so I thought if I change it up and make it chewable I might remember them.

I printed and tried a lot of her recipes. I love the protein ice cream.

I use the Bariatric Advantate calcium chews. Raspberry and Carmel are my favorites. Six a day, 2 every 2 hours.

I do capsules am and pm but have the chews for the middle of the day doses of calcuim. That way it isn't quite as expensive but I still get some "treats" in the middle of the day and get my calcuim in.

CVS has a calcuim citrate with mag and D. They are often on sale and I stock up on them then. Nothing fancy but meets the needs.
