"I had attended the "Doctor talk" given by Dr. Francis months before my surgery. I was impressed with her knowledge, yet she also had a great sense of humor. I met her personally the day before my surgery. She explained everything to me, including possible risks. I felt well prepared going into surgery. My Mom was present for my pre-op appointment, and Dr. Francis made her feel so much better about the surgery. I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Francis to anyone.
Since surgery, I have dealt with Ashley, the PAC several times. I have found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable. She always go straight to one of the Drs if she feels it necessary. I have felt like I am in good hands throughout my immediate post op and follow up visits."
"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care given to me at this hospital. From the admitting clerk to the nurses, my care was excellent. I did not have one bad experience with anyone at the hospital. The lab staff, respiratory therapists, RN's, CNA's, etc were all wonderful, helpful, and had smiles for me. I would highly recommend this hospital. My only complaint would be the noise level is a bit high, but nothing that closing the door wouldn't handle."
