This is only the beginning of a wonderful treasure hunt. You ask me what is this great treasure? "Will it make me happy?" You ask. Oh, let me tell you it is something so wonderful and will be better than you have ever dreamed of. "What is it you ask?" It is the new healthier you. It will give you opportunities you have only dreamed of and ability to do things with loved one you have yearn for. I am so happy for you. Heal fast. Your new you is waiting for you.

Judy, Go to wal mart, and get blue bunny lite yogurt, it is made with splenda, and is quite good. If they dont have it, ask them, they will get it. You can also go to the blue bunny website at www.bluebunny.com and find where you can get it. I hope that this helps, I would not have been able to survive without it!

Well, I'm at almost 6 pm on the 6th day and a wake-up before my surgery. My DH has been home all day with the carpet layers and they're nearly finished. I'm waiting here at work and surfing while they put some furniture back into the house! That leaves everything on the home front in good shape. Daughter Jenn and partner Dan are home from their cruise, sister Sherri is four weeks post-op and doing well. Brother Patrick has met a lady at work who has had WLS so now he has someone to talk to. *smile* DH is taking this last week of "last meals" seriously and has treated me to Cracker Barrel and my favorite Chinese buffet. He's holding steady, although is fearful. He says he's always fearful as I approach surgery, but we've been through a lot of them together, so he knows I'm a good patient in good hands. Work is a little stressful as I try to juggle the student work schedules so they can all get their finals taken. But I have the most wonderful bosses and the finest of workplaces. If ever things seem to be falling in line in my life, this is the time. I'm centered and at peace about the surgery. I feel like Dr. Eagon and I will make a good team. He'll do his part and then I will do mine! This time next year I will be healthy and fit thanks to this wonderful, wonderful tool.

Judy, Anything that contains milk cannot claim to be sugar-free, just "NO SUGAR ADDED" because milk contains natural sugars. As long as it says "NO SUGAR ADDED" you will be doing fine.
