More Protein or fat?
WTH is that? You had a RNY, but had it changed to a BPD? I've got a feeling you have no clue here.
The BPD is indeed something done to your stomach -- something extreme and dangerous, that the improved DS made much safer. There's no way you can have a BPD without having something done to your stomach, and if you had no switch, then what's left that they did? They didn't revise your stomach and they didn't revise your malabsorption. WTF did they do?
Without more information - I don't know how we can help you or point you to.

I have NO idea what your surgery is, but 175 g of protein?? Are you kidding me? At 5 years out,. I can barely get in 100 g on a good day. What are you doing? Pounding back protein shakes? I can't imagine you are eating that much food.
Without the switch, you probably don't have much if any malabsorption. So most of those protein calories are likely being absorbed. And if you're drinking them with milk, you're also getting the sugars from that. And without the switch, you are probably absorbing the majority of those 120 g of fat as well (x 9 cal/g = 1080 calories).
What is your carb intake with all this protein and fat?

I have to concur with the others - until you can share with us exactly what procedure you had, we can't give you good advice.
From reading your prior posts, you were an RNY and 15 months out (posted 3/08) you were still 15 lbs short of goal? I also read you were considering going out of the country - and you listed your surgery as a DC?
We'd love to help, but we need clear and accurate information. If you don't know what you've had done, we can't help.
