CARBS! I just ate 4 oz dry of Dreamfiels according to the box that comes to total of 84 carbs. Thats a lot of carbs in 1 meal to but how many total carbs am I actually going to absorb? I am trying to eat about 100 grams a day not counting net, and what ever else were arent so pose to count. it just gets so confusing to me. Thanks to anyone for answering. I think with the dreamfields you need to look at the digestable carbs not the total carbs. According to the website dreamfields has five (5) digestable carbs per 2oz serving. So that is 10 digestable carbs in 4oz.

Thanks, so does that mean 10 carbs is all I would count ,and if I ate 100 a day I get to have 90 more is that correct ?

That is certainly the way I read it. Did you like the Dreamfields? I have not tried it yet but I think I am going to try to find it!

Did I like It , it was fantastic!!
I am Italian and i was very impressed. I also love food. Everything tastes so good to me. honostly though it is absolutely worth trying .

Red, I found Dreamfields penne rigate at my local grocery. It tastes just like regular ol pasta. I made it with ground beef and stewed tomatoes and other seasonings and it tasted like it should. Might be too filling for a DSer ?I don't know.

I found some today at Super Target. I got the Rotini and the Penne. It will probably be next week before I get to try it.
