Upcoming DS Surgery Dates!

How are you doing Tina? I'm a bit nervous and quite excited! I am also feeling like the time is ticking away faster as I try to get all my supplies and cross all my t's and dot all my i's before surgery!!!  Congrats and gook luck!!!  One and a half weeks to go........

I had my pre-op training class this morning.  This process definitely went fast for me.  I am soooo like you...excited and nervous.  There is so much to be sure I have ready.  That Monday is going to be here in no time now.  Good luck to you too!

My surgery is Wednesday Feb. 26th. Excited, scared, nervous, thrilled....you name it and I'm feeling it. I just can't believe that after fighting so hard to get this surgery, the date is next week! This website has been awesome so far in helping me prepary mentally.

After years (literally) of researching the DS, I have a date!!!  I found out two days ago and am so excited (for now...the nervousness hasn't set in full force yet).  My surgery will be on May 22nd!

Hi my surgery date is 4/28/14 please add me to the list! I start my 2 week liquid diet on 4/14 hope I am successful in everything! Sometimes I feel like I may be too old (57) but then I look at my mom who is 81 and 100lbs overweight, has an extremely hard time getting around and I know I do not want that for me.
