Hey Stephanie - welcome back.
You know the people here really care, and they mean only the best for you.
If nowhere else, you're going to find empathy and support here.
Please don't beat yourself up over gaining some of the weight back.
It's almost choices, isn't it?
And you chose to come back to OH, where you already know what everyone's going to tell you:
1) start measuring your food
2) start journalling your intake
3) start drinking the water
4) start setting aside the time to exercise.
And you know what? In two months - I betcha! - you'll look back on today's weight and say "wow! That wasn't as hard as I had feared!"
