I love optifast (or i did love it). It marked the true beginning to what is an incredible ride, which is leading me to a place where i haven't been in so very very very long.

I know i was dreading optifast but they really aren't that bad.. and infact i actually really like the chocolate, and the vanilla is good with sugar free carmel syrup from starbucks! Yumm! I am so excited as i have begun my weight loss journey! I can't believe its happened so quickly! :)
