Honestly... The scale went up 2 lbs (maybe?) between 3 weeks and 1 day to 4 weeks and 1 day... but I lost .5 inches off my waist, .5 off my hips, and 1 off each thigh... oh and 1 off my shoulders... so...
*passes you a measuring tape*
Use more then one thing... scales are not always the best guage.

Lost 100 lbs in a year post op with a VSG.
That's great! We all know that little stalls happen, but that still doesn't make it any fun when they do. See you tonight. :)
