Oh no. I'm so sorry. As a mum of a little I can totally relate to catching everything they get. I was so worried about this before my surgery and even had a touch of a cold at my preop. Big hugs. Hope you get better quickly!

THats akways the way!! My son actually came down with a brutal cold the day before my surgery and I was only in hospital for one night so he still had it when I came home. It was so hard on both of us emotionally because I just wanted to snuggle him but couldn't risk getting sick. It's very hard and you're a strong mumma! 6 weeks will fly by and you'll be on the losers bench in no time!

Thats exactly what I went through my son had croup,...he wanted lots of cuddles. I remember thinking I should be careful...but its my baby. And croup is usually a kid thing...so here I am 2.inhalers later. Boys are the biggest babies when sick all 3 of mine are cuddle monsters and I cant resist!

Well this is just it! How can you resist? You just want what's best for them and to make them feel better. Hang in there. It will all be worth it

I'm sorry - but excited that it was postponed for only 4 weeks. It could have been rescheduled into the new year.

Keep improving health-wise and know that the waiting will be over much faster than you would expect.

All the best.
